1996 Colheita Tawny
Produced 100 years after Dow’s acquired Quinta do Bomfim, our 1996 Colheita is soft and complex from more than two decades spent in seasoned oak. Delicate vanilla and orange blossom on the nose and flavours of fresh mandarin, walnuts and a hint of coffee make the 1996 Colheita the perfect accompaniment to sweet pastries such as apple pie.
2007 Colheita Tawny
Produced using wines from one of the most celebrated vintages ever, the 2007 has fresh, youthful fruit, softened by more than a decade spent in seasoned oak casks in the Dow’s Lodge. With its hallmark dry and spicy finish, the 2007 pairs perfectly with sweet pastries such as caramel eclairs.
